Do I have to go to the gym?

While we do believe the best gains can be made in the gym, the exercise selections permit for both gym and home use.

How much time per week will this require?

4 workouts per week
45-60 minutes per workout
Optional 5th workout of intervals and core
Total 5 hours per week

Is this program suitable for beginners?

The introductory phase permits you do scale the intensity up or down based on your starting point which makes this the best program for beginner to advanced

What kind of results can I expect?

Strength gain, gym confidence, weight loss, (if following our macro guide as well?) overall confidence in your physique

Is there a diet plan included?

We offer an option to add a custom macro calculation at check out. This will provide you with a calorie and macronutrient goal custom to your needs. In addition, you will receive a high protein recipe pack.

What makes this program different from others?

Backed by science and the latest research in hypertrophy, properly periodized and a variety of exercises to keep your body from plateauing

Is there support available if I need help?

This program is a stand alone offer. If you are looking for more support from Xtine, Dee & coaches and a community of like minded people, check out some of the other programs we offer with more coach involvement and 1-1 coaching.

Will this program help me lose weight as well as tone my lower body?

Following a structured calorie deficit is always the best way to lose fat. That in combination with this training program will give you fat loss and toning.
